TAGINES

 

What a beautiful way of kooking, preserving all the juices and flavours!

 

A batch of Tagines made for Ramola's restaurant "Manre" in New Delhi. Other batches have also been produced for restaurants around the country.

 

The vessels are stoneware and can be used both in the microwave and in the oven.
